The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company specializing in virtual and in-person knowledge-sharing discussions.
Our experienced team runs approximately 50 events a month, striving to curate intimate gatherings that bring together senior executives and thought leaders across various industries. We help them create meaningful connections and insightful discussions that can start innovative business relationships by providing an environment for them to engage in candid conversations, share best practices, and explore new opportunities.

The Role
- BGC, Taguig (hybrid)
- 10 AM - 7 PM PHT
As a Senior Marketing Generalist at The Ortus Club, you'll take the lead in developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our global brand presence and drive event engagement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative campaigns, strategic content, and measurable results across multiple channels.
This role is ideal for a well-rounded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, international setting—someone who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. You'll help shape campaign direction, mentor junior team members, and ensure consistent brand storytelling across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create and oversee content for various platforms, including social media, landing pages, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Manage and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and refine future strategies.
- Oversee social media management and community engagement efforts to grow audience reach.
- Support demand generation and lead nurturing through CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to inform campaign direction.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistent messaging.
- Mentor junior marketers and provide guidance on campaign best practices and content standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of brand positioning and audience engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, events, or agency settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns and content calendars across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms), and social schedulers.
- Experience with SEO, email marketing, or paid campaigns is an advantage.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a global team.
- Passionate about storytelling, brand building, and connecting with audiences through meaningful marketing.
