We're looking for Sales Associate (Personal Care Specialist) for our client, a proudly Filipino clean beauty brand offering 100% clean skin and body care products.

Job Description:

  • Represent the brand.
  • Responsible for selling the products.
  • Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide product knowledge and information.
  • Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, terminals, and sales invoices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed.
  • Manage inventory by regularly counting items and checking availability.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and promotions.
  • Follow all Store, Company and Mall Policies
  • Attend orientation and training in the office as scheduled.
  • Perform other tasks required by superior.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of at least a 2-year course or completed a minimum of 2 years of college education
  • With at least 2 years of significant selling experience in a retail environment. Preferably in skincare or beauty industry.
  • Passionate about Skincare
  • A believer or advocate of clean beauty philosophy is a plus
  • Can speak in English and/or Tagalog
  • Able to perform simple math for transactions, discounts, and stock management.
  • Driven, assertive, and hard-working
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent selling and customer service skills
  • Good visual merchandising skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Willing to work in a long hour schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge in POS systems.
  • Knowledge of the Sprout biometric system is a plus
  • Willing to work in a long hour schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to work withing the operating hours of the mall with one (1) day rest day per week.
  • Willing to be assigned for Training at the nearest Kiosks (GB5, Uptown Mall or Eastwood)
  • Willing to report in the office (Sucat, Parañaque for Training, Orientation, etc.)

Store Locations: Willing to be assigned to any of the following:

  • Stationary Location: OWD Jupiter Makati
  • Stationary Location: Kultura Makati
  • Roving Locations: Kultura Podium (Mandaluyong), Kultura Greenhills (San Juan), Rustan's Gateway (Cubao, QC)
  • Roving Locations: Greenbelt 5 Makati and Uptown BGC

Benefits:

  • Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience.
  • Meal and transportation subsidies, communication allowance, and special employee discount.
  • Government-mandated benefits are provided to both probationary and regular employees, while HMO coverage and leave credits are granted upon regularization.
