Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related role is preferred
- Strong in verbal and written communication skills and can communicate assertively, yet professionally, with clients and agents.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve billing discrepancies and handle inquiries effectively.
- Capacity to work well with sales, customer service, finance, and legal teams
- Familiarity with legal and company policies related to collections.
- Can do fieldwork for collection activities
- Technology Proficiency: Adept knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) in recording transactions and reporting purposes.
Job Type: Full-time
