  • Motivate and form new groups. (clients/members)

  • Providing loans to members to help them start or expand their businesses.

  • Manage loan disbursements, collections, documentations, and weekly center meetings.

  • Implement Orientation

  • Maintain good relationship with clients (new & existing)
