Senior Manager - Digital Procurement (Innovation & Adoption)

Location:
Manila, Philippines (Onsite); including opportunity for flexible working on ad-hoc basis depending on business need prior approval and dynamics.

As Senior Manager for Digital Procurement (Innovation & Adoption), you'll strategically support the design, implementations and change management for leading Procurement technologies across the global organization. You're expected to develop capabilities through digital tools that leverage different types of artificial intelligence and agentic technologies. Continuously enhance the digitisation of source to pay processes to improve cost management, savings delivery, increase speed, flexibility, minimize risks and protect continuity of supply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of the Procurement digital strategy and roadmap, helping prioritise use cases while adapting to evolving Procurement and CCEP needs proactively
  • Analyze internal buying trends and processes to identify opportunities to further digitise activities across all buying channels
  • Find opportunities to align technologies and processes globally across Europe and Asia-Pacific
  • Develop AI and digital capabilities around five core pillars: spend and analytics, sourcing intelligence, contract intelligence, risk management and supplier intelligence
  • Monitor the market for emerging technologies, qualify suppliers for proof of concepts to test capabilities
  • Define clear roles, processes, maintenance, training needs and governance required for new technologies to be fully enabled, ensuring requirements are aligned with the Centre of Excellence Team
  • Identify opportunities to increase value delivery from existing and new technologies
  • Support implementations, change strategies, communications and on-going product innovations
  • Improve user experience, usage and adoption to increase return on investment by optimizing solutions based on user feedback and performance data
  • Collaborate and knowledge share with Cross Enterprise Procurement Group on digital innovation.

Skills & Essentials

  • Bachelor's Degree required (with studies ideally in computer science, data analytics, digitization, business)
  • Project management and systems implementation experience (5+ years)
  • Supported technology transformational and change initiatives
  • Enterprise Resource Planning user experience (SAP Ariba, PowerBI, Cognos, Oracle, Coupa, Sievo)
  • Knowledge of Procurement processes and applications (SAP Ariba upstream and downstream)
  • Ability to use financial models, industry knowledge and business requirements to implement optimized business solutions.
  • Exposure working with multinational colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to read, edit and interpret contractual documentation. Knowledge of the types of agreements and the appropriate usage under various customer circumstances.
  • Ability to insert contract language that operationalizes business relationships with suppliers in order to protect CCEP interests and withstand legal challenges.
  • Knowledge of TCCS global and regional Procurement organizations, strategies, and priorities to ensure alignment of procurement activity.
