Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales within existing accounts.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market feedback to inform management decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales position, particularly in account management or business development.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics to track performance and manage client interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
