Trade Marketing Manager

The Trade Marketing Manager will lead the development of data-driven brand plans and execute them to grow penetration and profitable volume. The aim is to align and integrate brand plans with customer and channel plans from the Sales Team and to roll out physical availability plans and execution, including prioritization of key activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual brand thematic consumer promotions
  • Develop an integrated insight-based brand touchpoint plan with the mental availability of the brand lead
  • Develop effective POSM materials (including secondary displays, shelf communication, online touchpoints, etc.)
  • Translate the brand communication's 'big idea' to relevant in-store touchpoints and POSM materials
  • Co-develop briefing and support CCD with the training of the field sales merchandisers
  • Detail out in-store activation activities and planning, including key KPIs and the financial BC
  • Provide input for Perfect Store guidelines and KPIs
  • Design effective trial plans
  • Develop and manage in-store promoters' programs
  • Determine the impact of in-store brand activations on sales forecast
  • Actively and effectively manage external agencies and suppliers
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of in-store activation programs against key KPIs and the business case

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate in Business Administration or any related courses
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in leading trade marketing and channel activations
  • Strong background in consumer promotions, effective POSM, and in-store brand activation programs from planning to post-evaluation
  • Experience in managing third-party agencies and vendors/suppliers
