Staff4Me is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Developer to join our team. As a Senior MERN Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions that meet our clients' requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements.
  • Design and develop web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure the quality and functionality of the web applications.
  • Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in MERN stack development.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a MERN Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in MongoDB, , , and
  • Experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, ) is a plus.
  • Proficient understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less).
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and code deployment processes.
  • Understanding of web development best practices and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
