About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Backend Developer
to join a global initiative in the industrial sector. The role involves building and optimizing backend applications within a Microsoft-based technology stack and OpenShift, following
Scaled Agile (SAFe)
practices. You will collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize backend applications using
    C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET
    .
  • Design and implement
    RESTful APIs
    to integrate with front-end and third-party systems.
  • Manage
    RDBMS databases
    , develop SQL scripts, and perform performance tuning.
  • Utilize
    Entity Framework
    for ORM and efficient data access.
  • Implement
    CI/CD pipelines
    using
    Azure DevOps
    .
  • Deploy applications in
    OpenShift
    and ensure cloud integration.
  • Collaborate in an Agile/SAFe environment, refining technical solutions with stakeholders.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure compliance with coding standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in
    C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, Entity Framework
    .
  • Experience in developing and integrating
    RESTful APIs
    .
  • Proficiency in
    RDBMS, SQL scripting, performance tuning
    .
  • Hands-on with
    Azure DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines, version control)
    .
  • Experience deploying applications on
    OpenShift
    and working with containers.
  • Solid understanding of
    OOP
    and software architecture principles.
  • Agile mindset with experience in
    Scaled Agile (SAFe)
    environments.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Experience in
    product selection, sizing, or configuration

  • Engineering background or exposure to mechanical/industrial domains.
  • Familiarity with
    JIRA and Confluence

  • Prior experience in
