Staff4Me is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Developer to join our team. As a Senior MERN Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions that meet our clients' requirements.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements.
  2. Design and develop web applications using the MERN stack.
  3. Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
  4. Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure the quality and functionality of the web applications.
  5. Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in MERN stack development.
  7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of experience as a MERN Developer or similar role.
  2. Strong proficiency in MongoDB, , , and
  3. Experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, ) is a plus.
  4. Proficient understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less).
  5. Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  6. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and code deployment processes.
  7. Understanding of web development best practices and design patterns.
  8. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
