Overview

We are urgently looking for an experienced Medical Scribe to support our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of accurately documenting medical encounters in real-time. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate patient records and supporting providers with administrative tasks in a fast-paced medical environment.


Job Highlights

Job Title: Medical Scribe

Monthly Rate: php 45,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 45 hours

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (with a 1-hour unpaid break; 9 hours per day)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities
  • Accurately document patient encounters and medical histories in real-time
  • Prepare, update, and maintain electronic health records (EHR)
  • Assist healthcare providers with administrative and documentation tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and medical privacy standards
  • Maintain organized and timely records of all documentation

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Medical Scribe or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and EHR systems
  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer setup
