Job description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in the healthcare BPO industry or sales account experience or virtual assistance (VA) for healthcare or appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing accurate and satisfactory responses to inquiries and concerns.
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers with patience and professionalism.
• Inform clients and customers about company products, services, and policies.
• Guide callers through troubleshooting steps, navigation of company platforms, or use of products and services.
• Review customer accounts and provide updates regarding billing, shipping, warranties, and other account-related items.
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare BPO environment.
• Open to candidates with sales account or healthcare-related VA/appointment setter experience.
• Proven experience handling inbound calls and providing high-quality customer support.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong active listening, interpersonal, and rapport-building abilities.
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in using computers and phone systems (multi-line familiarity is a plus).
• Basic to advanced troubleshooting skills, depending on account requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry practices.
• Willing to work graveyard shift and onsite in Lipa City - 054-A, Purok 1-A, Mahogany St., Brgy. Dagatan, Lipa City
