Healthcare Associate

Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses. Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and service issues. Maintain customer records and update information as necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards. Requirements At least 1 year experience in BPO (for healthcare account) Experience in insurance verification Preferably handled healthcare accounts with appointment setting or scheduling experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. SO2 and/or SO3 is preferred.
