JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer Service Associate manages customer concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationship. They interact directly with customers to listen to concerns, resolve problems, and recommend solutions according to the needs of each patient.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Professional preparations:

  • College graduate or equivalent, additional education or certification in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling, record-keeping and communication.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital procedures is a plus.

  • Physically and mentally fit;
  • Sensitive to the psychosocial, culture, religious, economic, and political environment; and
  • Committed to service and professional development.

Professional Competencies:

  • Administrative competencies;
