Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Title: Process Engineering Senior ManagerThe Process Engineering Senior Manager is responsible for integrating and formulating processes that build new and renovated stores quickly and accurately according to the standards. Provide innovative solutions by adapting technology to achieve higher levels of systems excellence and store efficiency. This role also requires strong leadership to manage the section/unit effectively.

The position necessitates strong partnerships with cross-functional groups, as well as strong communication and influence skills to drive projects and achieve business objectives. ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and plan short-term and long-term development projects on store systems and procedures, reviewing and updating the plan monthly, and reporting updates to superiors weekly or as needed. Develop, review, and approve store systems, procedures, and standards, ensuring the completeness of operating and implementing guidelines for system-wide application.

Review and recommend systems and procedures to assist store operations in conforming to Food, Service, Cleanliness Standards (FSC), government regulations on food & hygiene, and other requirements. Initiate projects and recommend action plans to improve store profitability, including asset optimization, manpower planning, above restaurant systems, store modeling, and new store opening processes. Design and develop store systems, coordinating with the operations training group for the development and cascade of training programs.

Collaborate with Marketing, Network Development Group, and other relevant Business Units to improve/refine work processes, programs, and ensure timely launches for new stores and renovations. Ensure implementation of Restaurant Systems (RS) responsibilities in the network development process (NDP), specifically reviewing layouts, preparing systems lists, and coordinating with suppliers and project engineers. Conduct thorough feasibility studies for RS organization's initiatives, covering business objectives, costs, benefits, threats/opportunities, technical, operational, marketing, and environmental feasibility.

Effectively manage key projects by following project management processes from exploration to post-evaluation, demonstrating effective communication and integration skills. Facilitate a healthy and effective feedback culture for the unit, department, and cross-functional teams. Lead in developing continuous improvement programs for existing systems, tools, and processes through store visits, contextual interviews, and competitive analysis.

Review and approve projects before release to concerned Mancom members for final approval, ensuring accuracy of information and alignment with business directions. Supervise the RS unit and communicate cascaded directions from RS and Organizational Leadership Team, ensuring timely execution of tasks. Support business case reviews and situational crises through problem-solution analysis, fact-finding techniques, and scenario planning.

QualificationsEducation: College graduate with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar course. Experience:Essential: At least 6 to 8 years of work experience in food service operations, QSR, and at least 5 years as a people/project manager. Desirable: At least 10 years of work experience in food service operations and/or QSR, and at least 8-10 years as a people/project manager.

Working Conditions: Can work efficiently despite being under pressure.
