Job Duties

Responsible to maintain general records on the purchase requisition and purchase order. Making cost comparison analysis (CCA) and approval of contract award (ACA) for all general office, pantry and HSE supplies by getting the best buying terms and conditions, negotiating prices, quantities and delivery times scales with a supplier sales team. Support finance team on any invoice discrepancies and raising alerts on any anomalies, and other related works under commercial department.

 Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any Business Course
  • Computer literate - applied knowledge/proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • At least two (2) years work experience
  • Working experience with Purchasing Systems like JDE an advantage
  • A team player and able to interact with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and integrity
  • Good oral and written communication skills
