About the Role

The Project Supervisor serves as the key on-site coordinator and execution manager for Manila operations.

This role oversees the daily performance of the Production, Operations, and IT departments to ensure all recording, uploading, and quality processes are completed efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with SOP and KPI standards.

As the PM's operational representative, you will manage people, workflow, and issue resolution to keep the project running smoothly, efficiently, and at scale.


Key Responsibilities

1. Production & Execution Supervision

  • Supervise daily recording and upload activities, ensuring teams meet targets according to SOP and schedules.
  • Monitor upload progress, video duration, and QC rates to maintain output and quality standards.
  • Check devices, network, NAS, accounts, and logs to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with IT and Ops to maintain production stability.

2. Team Coordination & Performance Management

  • Serve as the communication bridge between the PM and on-site teams.
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift transitions.
  • Consolidate data on team output, QC pass rates, and KPIs for reports.
  • Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

3. Process & Quality Optimization

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and QC standards.
  • Supervise and guide team leads in QC and upload procedures.
  • Conduct internal training to reduce human error and enhance process consistency.
  • Assist the PM in optimizing workflows and documentation templates.

4. Communication & Reporting

  • Provide production updates, issue tracking, and risk reports to PM and owner.
  • Act on behalf of PM when needed for on-site decisions.
  • Maintain transparent communication between all departments.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Management, Engineering, IT, or Media).
  • At least 3 years of experience in project execution or team supervision.
  • Experience in video production, data recording, BPO, or gaming operations is a strong plus.
  • Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Familiar with SOP/QC/KPI systems; basic IT knowledge (NAS, network, file management) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
