About the role

Join Sharp Solar Solution Asia Co., Ltd. as a full-time Project Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supervision of the successful implementation of solar energy projects. What you'll be doing

  • Provide end-to-end project supervision, ensuring smooth implementation from planning and design through installation and commissioning
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for seamless project execution
  • Monitor project progress, prepare updates, and promptly address issues to keep timelines and deliverables on track
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Confirm product performance by planning, conducting, and evaluating system tests
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management role within the solar energy or renewable energy industry
  • Solid technical understanding of solar energy systems, including design, installation, and commissioning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in the Philippines
