Mortgage Broker Support with up to 15K Sign Bonus

Schedule: Monday - Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT) What will you do? We’re seeking a team-oriented individual with strong character and a positive attitude to join us as a Mortgage Broker Support. While you don’t need to be experienced in all areas, we’re looking for someone eager to learn, pays attention to detail, communicates effectively, and contributes positively to our team dynamic. Key Responsibilities Data Entry: Assist with accurately entering client details into our aggregation software and completing required forms. Document Management: Help prepare and organise lenders' document checklists for brokers and ensure client documents are correctly labelled and organised. Lender Communication: Follow up with lenders regarding application statuses and timelines and keep brokers informed of updates and outstanding requirements. Client Service Support: Complete discharge forms for clients and provide necessary assistance. Settlement Coordination: Assist with managing settlement bookings and ensuring smooth communication. Compliance Support: Learn to complete compliance tasks using our internal tools (e.g., Infynity). Task Tracking: Keep application statuses updated in our task management system (Pipedrive) and communicate effectively with the team. Post-Settlement Assistance: Send confirmation letters and provide clients with payment details after settlement. Interest Rate Reviews: Support in applying for pricing adjustments for existing clients and communicating updates. Skills Required Bachelor's Degree in a relevant course. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry specialising in AU loan processing. Experience in using aggregators CRM such as MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex or Salestrekker. Experience using any Project/Task Management Tools (Monday.com, Trello, Airtable etc).
