- Monitor key metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and present findings to management.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by consolidating inputs and ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct market and industry research to benchmark company performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and provide financial insights.
- Recommend improvements to financial processes and reporting tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (Master's or CFA is a plus).
- 3–5+ years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
- High attention to detail.
