Job description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all stakeholders' needs are met through constant coordination.
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with clients.
  • Participates in pitching to new clients.
  • Ensures that pre-production is complete and that the livestream broadcast runs smoothly.
  • Makes sure the targets of the project are achieved.
  • Reviews and analyzes data to find trends and predict the next move.
  • Prepares reports for the team and the client.
  • Reports concerns, such as customer service issues and other insights raised before, during, and after the livestream.
  • Monitors the livestream and related factors, such as stocks, equipment, studio, and assets.
  • Brainstorms and conceptualizes ideas with the client and team to meet the briefs.
  • Writes scripts for the livestream.
  • Routes documents for client or management approval.
  • Provides behind-the-camera support during the livestream, including but not limited to:
  • Operating the OBS (Open Broadcaster Software).
  • Cheering to keep a positive vibe during the livestream.
  • Ensuring that all assets are correct.
  • Reporting any issues encountered during the livestream.
  • Gains hands-on experience in livestream hosting to fully understand the role and effectively evaluate what being a host entails.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in both oral and written English (and local language if applicable), with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably with experience in B2B or client-facing environments. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Pleasing personality, confident, friendly and approachable.
  • Must be able to work and learn in a fast-paced setting
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule and weekends if needed
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa
