Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
  • XERO, Tradify - Job management software, accounting, MS Excel.
  • Comfortable learning and using various software systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

What will you do?

  • Enter and update data accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • Maintain and ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data
  • Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies
  • Perform regular audits and cleanup of data as required
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Respond to internal and external requests for data and reports
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection policies   Requirements
