HR Supervisor

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities to attract and evaluate candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods.

• Ensures policies and procedures are followed and ensures positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

• Intake: Identify the business needs and translate them into an agreed recruitment plan, aimed at the fulfilment of the needs within time, budget and quality constraints.

• Sourcing and Selection: Ensure sufficient inflow of potentially suitable candidates using the agreed sourcing channels (passive, internal, referral, etc.). Identify suitable candidate(s) matching both the agreed business needs and candidate's ambitions and expectations.

• Business selection: Ensure the proposed candidate(s) are interviewed and evaluated by the business in line with the agreed recruitment plan, way-of-working and related guidelines.

• Actively participate in strategy/planning sessions.

• Propose and present new ideas and plans to support business development/expansion activities.

• Perform multiple recruitment marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines.

• Report to management weekly & monthly with recommendations on how improvements/targets can be achieved.

• Contact and arrange appointments with prospective candidates for CV screening interviews and job placement assessments, as needed.

• Manage the recruitment & sourcing teams, and assist with other recruitment & administrative tasks.

Job Qualifications

• A degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any similar field

• Must have at least 5 years' experience in Recruitment and selection

• Has extensive experience in aligning business objectives with management and employees and is the link between HR and the business.

• Must have experience in advising and supporting managers on strategic issues and help them implement high-performing, integrated human resources practices
