Role Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Performance & Reward team within a dynamic, multinational organisation. As a Senior Associate, Reward Analytics, you will provide essential analytical, operational, and coordination support across key performance and reward cycles. You will own and manage core operational processes such as salary benchmarking, survey participation, and pay range updates—ensuring accuracy, governance compliance, and seamless stakeholder experience.

Relevant Experience:

  • 2–3 years of HR experience with exposure to reward, compensation, or HR analytics.
  • Working knowledge of compensation concepts including salary benchmarking, pay ranges, bonus frameworks, and performance management.
  • Experience supporting annual compensation cycles is an advantage.
  • Background working in multinational environments is desirable.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong numerical and analytical capability; comfortable working with large datasets.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data analysis or visualisation tools preferred.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a supportive role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including preparing presentations and summary reports.
  • Openness to learning new technologies; foundational AI tool familiarity (e.g., Co-pilot) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Salary Benchmarking, Survey Management & Pay Range Ownership:

Participate in external benchmarking surveys, ensuring data quality and accuracy of market benchmarks.

Coordinate the team's work on building and maintaining pay ranges and oversee implementation and validation of data in Workday.

Identify opportunities to streamline pay range-related tools, templates, and documentation.

Annual Performance Management and Compensation Review Support

Provide analytical and administrative support throughout the annual performance and compensation review cycles.

Conduct testing of Workday workbooks, reports, and workflows to ensure system accuracy.

Prepare supporting materials such as data summaries, insights, and ad hoc reports. Support the creation and maintenance of user guides, documentation, and knowledge resources.

Provide operational support for periodic refresh of performance bonus pools. Assist in maintaining governance of bonus processes through accurate data management and documentation.

Ad hoc Projects and other key contributions:

Participation in the EU Pay transparency project and supporting the efforts towards compliance.

Support in the analysis and reporting for UK, EU and global gender pay gap initiatives.

Execute ad-hoc analyses and manage special reward projects as required.

Develop, map, and maintain comprehensive process documentation.

Support in efficiency improvement initiatives addressing identified pain points within reward cycles.

Collaborate closely with HRIS and Reward colleagues to implement enhancements, particularly utilizing Workday.

This role provides a strong foundation in core reward operations and analytics. High performers may progress into:
