We remain true to our enduring principles of service, expertise, and integrity. Responsibilities Ensure all transactions are captured and accounted for correctly on internal client books. Track and execute lifecycle events from initial set‑up to closeout, including coupons, corporate actions, dividend payments and resets. Liaise directly with clients and other market participants to confirm and settle transactions. Perform and review reconciliations between internal and external data sources, resolving exceptions in a timely manner. Respond to complex queries from external parties regarding trades and positions. Represent the team in cross‑functional initiatives and projects. Provide technical guidance by onboarding new hires and addressing complex issues, critical clients, and escalations. Act as SME, providing functional support and coverage for the team, prioritizing workflow and approving transactions when needed. Knowledge Awareness of the financial services industry and understanding of derivatives markets. Effective use of various communication methods; strong written and verbal communication. Highly numerate and analytical with a quick learning ability. Ability to work on multiple initiatives concurrently and prioritize effectively. Basic understanding of custody and fund administration functions. Creative and dynamic approach to problem solving. Ability to work independently and adhere to strict deadlines. Professional approach and ability to develop relationships internally and externally. Experience 2‑5+ years of professional experience in the relevant field. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field. Business or financial services qualification is an advantage.
