About the Company: We are involved in the entire process of installing Building Maintenance Units (BMU), from creating the architectural design board to operating and maintaining the machines.

Job Description:

The Operational Resource Planning Manager (Services) will oversee the allocation of resources to various projects within the organization. They will work closely with Project Managers, department heads, and HR to ensure optimal utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement resource planning strategies to meet project objectives and deadlines.

2) Collaborate with Project Managers to assess resource requirements and allocate resources accordingly.

3) Maintain resource allocation records and track resource utilization across projects.

4) Identify resource gaps or bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize resource allocation.

5) Monitor project progress and adjust resource allocation as necessary to ensure project success.

6) Work closely with HR to forecast staffing needs and recruit or train additional resources as required.

7) Analyze resource utilization data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.

8) Communicate resource allocation plans and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

1) Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

2) Proven experience in resource planning or Project Management roles.

3) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5) Proficiency in resource planning software or tools.

6) Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

7) Experience in workforce planning and management or capacity planning is a plus.

8) Experience in construction industry.
