We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Officer to oversee and ensure compliance with safety standards in large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure daily site safety compliance, monitoring contractors and site workers.
  • Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct on-site safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard monitoring.
  • Manage and maintain safety drills, orientations, and toolbox talks to promote safe practices.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with local and international construction safety frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or related field is an advantage.
  • Experience in construction safety is also an advantage.
  • Certified/Accredited Safety Officer (DOLE-OSHC)
  • Strong knowledge of local safety laws (DOLE, PEZA, OSHC)
  • Excellent documentation, inspection, and coordination skills.

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
