Join to apply for the ActiveOne: Clinic Cluster Lead (Cebu) role at ACTIVEONE HEALTH, INC.The Clinic Cluster Lead will handle clinic management in terms of daily clinic operations, engagement with staff, guidance in reports, audit compliance, etc. A coordinator and first line to engage with clinic site personnel to address day-to-day concerns. Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor staff compliance with ActiveOne's customer service and behavior policies.

Maintain records of staff performance, including attendance and overall performance. Communicate and coordinate with site medical personnel regarding client requirements and policy updates. Coordinate with CCL regarding client escalations on staffing and operational issues, ensuring compliance with response time requirements.

Respond to concerns and queries from site medical personnel, directing coordination with CCL/ SCCL for resolution. Endorse and monitor Nurses and MDs for deployment. Assist in monitoring OSH compliance and submission of AMR and WAIR.Assist in organizing and identifying Health Programs based on client illness/incidence reports.

Collaborate with CCL on ActiveOne program and training initiatives. Assist in coordinating with site medical personnel regarding clinic schedule and attendance. Maintain a list of handled site medical personnel.

Background And QualificationsPreferably BOSH Trained, RNExperience with Clinic management is a must
