Overview

The Executive Driver will provide safe, reliable, and confidential transportation support to company executives. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong professionalism, and the ability to uphold high standards of service and discretion. The Executive Driver also assists with vehicle upkeep, route planning, and ensuring the executive's schedule is supported in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secure and efficient point-to-point transport for executives to meetings, events, and official engagements.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections, cleaning, and maintenance checks to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Plan routes in advance and adjust based on traffic, weather, or schedule changes.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times, especially when exposed to sensitive company information.
  • Assist executives with loading/unloading items, documents, or materials as needed.
  • Monitor vehicle service schedules and coordinate with in-house maintenance for timely repairs and servicing.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel consumption records, and transport-related documentation.
  • Adhere to all traffic rules, company policies, and safety protocols, including defensive driving standards.
  • Support administrative tasks when driving duties are not required (e.g., errands, document delivery).
  • Remain alert and monitor surroundings at all times during executive movements.
  • Provide close-in protection while maintaining a discreet and respectful presence.
Qualifications
  • College graduate or at least college level.
  • At least 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably supporting executives or senior leaders.
  • Defensive driving certification or proven defensive driving experience is an advantage.
  • Valid professional driver's license.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations.
  • Familiarity with Cebu routes, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
  • Strong punctuality, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Physically able, with the ability to work long hours, extended shifts, and flexible schedules.
Preferred Competencies
  • Strong situational awareness and risk management skills.
  • Customer-service orientation and ability to anticipate executive needs.
  • Calm under pressure and able to adapt to sudden schedule changes.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance.
