Job Summary:

Drive the executive safely to and from appointments, meetings, airports, and other engagements. Maintain cleanliness, roadworthiness, and readiness of the assigned vehicle. Follow schedules and navigation instructions precisely while being flexible with last-minute changes. Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (oil, water, tire pressure, etc.) and coordinate professional servicing. Monitor traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely arrivals. Maintain a logbook of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance. Maintain strict confidentiality of executive's schedule, locations, and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct threat assessments and identify potential risks during travel and public exposure.
  • Remain alert and monitor surroundings at all times during executive movements.
  • Provide close-in protection while maintaining a discreet and respectful presence.
  • Coordinate with security teams, venues, or local enforcement when necessary.
  • Implement emergency protocols in case of threat or incident (evacuation, medical, etc.).
  • Assist with crowd control, access restriction, and privacy management when attending events or public settings.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related course/ Criminology, Automotive, Mechanical Technology, etc
  • With Defensive Driving Training-TESDA & accredited driving schools - optional
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent driving skills, including defensive driving techniques
  • Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Neat personal presentation and a hygienic demeanor
  • Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic administrative skills for completing logs or expense reports
