Job Summary

  • Overall responsible with managing the operations of the branch which includes development of the business plan, ensuring the achievement of sales target, delivering great customer service, and attainment of sales growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conducts daily operation assessments to ensure growth of the branch.

· Monitors daily production and releases of the branch.

· Maintains customer and employee contact on the work area to ensure quality service is being applied.

· Prepares and sends reports to the immediate superior and gives them updates of the branch operations status.

· Spearheads marketing saturation drives.

· Delivers marketing activity within the agreed budget.

· Manages the branch Petty Cash Fund and bank deposits in the absence of Branch Treasury Assistant.

· Ensures that company cash, checks and valuables are safe kept and secured in the branch vault.

· Handles the branch vault combination and ensures its confidentiality.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree
  • With relevant work experience in Sales and Marketing (preferably in vehicle sales and financing industry)
  • With a year of experience managing a team
  • Knowledgeable in buy and sell of cars or trucks
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
