Branch Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conducts daily operation assessments to ensure growth of the branch.

· Preferably with work experience in vehicle sales (SANGLA ORCR - Trucks or cars) or financing industry.

· Monitors daily production and releases of the branch.

· Maintains customer and employee contact on the work area to ensure quality service is being applied.

· Plans, creates and implements programs/processes for branch employees and customers and actively participates in it.

· Handles customer complaints or concerns escalated by the staff.

· Prepares and sends reports to the immediate superior and gives them updates of the branch operations status.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

· Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or other related course.

· With at least four (2) years work-related experience in branch operations,

· Should have technical marketing skills, relevant product and industry knowledge

· Should be a strategist and is capable to think out-of-the-box.

· Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral), decision making skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and networking skills and amicably solve customer complaints

· Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable and analytical.

· Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

· Computer proficient

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
