Role Overview

The role is responsible for leading large-scale Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations, managing senior client stakeholders, and driving operational excellence across O2C, R2R, and P2P processes. The position requires strong leadership, deep domain expertise, and the ability to deliver measurable business impact. Candidates must bring
15+ years of experience
in F&A operations, BPO shared services, or related domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client stakeholders and work toward achieving key SLAs.
  • Lead and coach a team of qualified and semi-qualified professionals.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and develop insights to drive client business impact (e.g., revenue growth, cost reduction, working capital optimization).
  • Lead a team of ~200 resources and drive execution of projects under tight deadlines.
  • Develop operational roadmaps, establish KPIs, and track performance across the client account.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, delivery leads, account management, and operational excellence teams.
  • Understand client business problems and analytical requirements to recommend effective solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Extensive end-to-end knowledge of
    Accounts Receivable/Collections
    ,
    Order-to-Cash
    , and
    Record-to-Report
    processes.
  • Strong experience with
    ERP-based F&A BPO
    processes.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve
    Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
    discrepancies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with onsite and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive
    operational efficiency

    across the end-to-end F&A landscape.

Qualifications

  • Accounting graduates with
    CA/CWA (Inter)
    ,
    PGDBM
    , or
    MBA (Finance)
    .
  • 15+ years of experience
    in Finance & Accounting operations, BPO/shared services, or related areas.
