We are urgently hiring an Accounting Manager to lead and support our financial operations.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Manager to manage and maintain our financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and oversee the accounting team to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and the general ledger.
  • Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and journal entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and verify accuracy of financial records.
  • Prepare and review financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage AP and AR functions, including vendor invoicing and customer payments.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Perform month-end and year-end close procedures.
  • Provide financial data and insights to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Bookkeeper (CB), Licensed Accountant, or at least 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager (preferably in a group of companies).
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
