Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Conduct warm calling and outbound calling to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Present basic product information, features, and benefits to potential customers.
  • Conduct assessment profiling to determine which business line the potential customer fit.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
