Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager You Will

  • Pipeline Development: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, driving B2B phone sales across North America.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with business owners, designers, event planners, and key decision-makers.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
  • Solution Presentation: Present and pitch LED neon signage solutions that add value to businesses and spaces.
  • Strategic Leadership: Work independently to establish sales processes and strategies, playing a key role in shaping the company's North American growth.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress and meet revenue targets.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

  • Proven experience in phone sales and business development, ideally within B2B sales and key account experience.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • A track record of success in a target-driven, high-performance sales environment.
  • The ability to work remotely and independently, managing your own pipeline and sales strategy.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • A passion for branding, design, and creative signage solutions is a plus
