Job Summary:

We are seeking a VisMin Sales Operations Manager to lead and manage all operational and sales activities across the Visayas and Mindanao regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective coordination among Sales, Logistics, Administration, and Operations teams, driving overall business performance and operational excellence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all sales operations across the VisMin region, ensuring achievement of sales targets and operational goals.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Administration, and Operations departments to ensure seamless execution of regional activities.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional business plan, including strategies for sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the regional sales and operations teams to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery accuracy.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales , preferably in distribution, FMCG, Hospitality Industry
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in operation management
  • 5+ years of experience managerial level.
  • Strong background in analyzing sales data, creating reports, and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Proven track record in managing regional operations and achieving business targets.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple departments.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans and initiatives to improve sales performance and efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data and insights to senior management.
  • Willingness to travel across Visayas and Mindanao as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php75,000.00 per month
