Responsible for the operations of a truck weighing process including but not limited to operating machines that weigh trucks, collecting and reviewing manifests, recording all information, and sampling inbound materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures accurate and complete documentation of all inbound and outbound scale transactions
  • Inspects documents and loads for inbound and outbound trucks.
  • Takes samples of inbound materials
  • Completes daily reports, maintains logs, spreadsheets, and other reports, as assigned
  • Issues truck gate pass for all outgoing trucks subjected to the weighbridge
  • Assists Material Inventory and Warehouse Planner and/ or Forklift Operator as needed
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • College level/ Graduate in Engineering, Business courses
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a port or industrial setting.
  • Experience working in the petroleum or logistics industry.
  • Familiarity with port operations and regulatory compliance related to cargo handling.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry and reporting software.
