About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our SM TELABASTAGAN store. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position based in San Fernando Pampanga.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs
  3. Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment
  4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  5. Stock and replenish merchandise as needed
  6. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns
  7. Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or retail sales role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Enthusiasm, flexibility and a willingness to learn
  6. Basic cash handling and inventory management skills
