Now Hiring: Sales and Marketing Associate (Full Time)

We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Associate with at least 1 year of experience to support our marketing efforts across digital, sales, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content & Social Media

  • Monitor and maintain social media pages across all brands
  • Produce timely, engaging, and on-brand content
  • Editing and photography of content using various software (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)
  • Analyse campaign and post performance; recommend improvements
  • Help document events, project progress, and behind-the-scenes content

Sales Support

  • Regularly update the CRM database with accurate lead, client, and project data
  • Monitor lead-to-conversion metrics and pipeline performance to provide insights for data analysis
  • Coordinate and participate in sales blitzes and product/client presentations
  • Conduct market research and analysis

Events & Logistics

  • Assist with event preparation, coordination, and on-day execution
  • Provide on-site support for logistics and operational requirements
  • Occasionally, represent the brands when heads are occupied

Leadership and Internal Systems

  • Help maintain an organized internal sales and marketing system
  • Ensure quality execution of all sales and marketing activities
  • Work independently in handling brand requirements when needed

Applicants must be based in Pampanga or willing to work on-site in Pampanga.
