About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Account Executive
to join our growing team. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong business relationships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has strong communication skills, and thrives in achieving targets.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, account management, or a related role.

Competencies

  • Demonstrated experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Results-driven with solid negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of information system is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Present and promote products/services to clients in line with their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve company targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and account status.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
