Job Title: Sr Network Engineer/ Architect

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa(Hybrid after 4 months of RTO)

Mode of Hiring: Full-time Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform new and current design assessment with the customer and business requirements into a network solution
  • Design standard sets of LAN and WAN Models with High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD)
  • Installation of the equipments with setup in coordination with the operator(s) and local teams
  • Participate to all the required tests such as failover, validate internet breakout, functionality of existing network
  • devices such as firewall and optimization tools
  • Lead Network Fault and Incident Management as needed for Escalations of critical network outages and complex
  • network issues
  • Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the network, while providing
  • monthly reports on activity, quality and performance of this network
  • Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures and SOPs
  • Handover to support team

Technical abilities:

Core Experience & Certifications

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive, hands-on experience in enterprise and service provider network environments, focusing on:

  • Routing & Switching

  • Security Architecture

  • System Integration

  • Proven background in Technical Assistance Center (TAC) or Service Provider operations, with deep troubleshooting and escalation handling.

Industry Certifications:

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) – mandatory.
  • Additional certifications in Palo Alto, F5, or SDWAN technologies are highly desirable.

Behavior abilities:

  • 8 years of experience in network IT
  • Self motivated, eager to learn new technologies
  • Team player, must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. English speaking mandatory
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize situations
  • Ability to Understand the business constraints
  • Evaluate the local risks
  • Open for on-site and travel overseas
