Sales Operations Analyst

Provides sales operations and analytical support for the Cross-sell program.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the Director of Sales Analytics in analysis and reports related to bookings budgets and forecasts, sales key performance indicators (KPIs), sales effectiveness, and other analyses and reports as assigned
Builds and maintains reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other reporting platforms
Performs audits where required to ensure the accuracy of data and reports
Coordinates with Sales Operations and Salesforce Admin teams to drive process improvement changes that enhance bookings performance and/or operating efficiency
Collaborates in the management of consolidated reporting across all salesforce instances
INIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Experience:
At least with 3 years of related experience
Typically requires a bachelor's degree
Computer/Technical:
Expert-level competency in Excel required Proficient in creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc. Demonstrate ability to learn and understand various computer systems.
Other Skills:
Knowledge in reporting, configuration, and best practices within Salesforce At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce including handling quotes and opportunities.
Salesforce experience required.
Advanced data analysis skills and ability to visualize executives
Time management skills Critical thinking skills and analytical skills
Problem-solving ability
Excellent organization and follow-up skills
Excellent relationship-building skills Ability to work both individually and as a member of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The role will work in our Cebu, Philippines office
Normal work hours will be aligned with 8:00 am – to 5:00 pm US Eastern Time, hybrid 3 times a week in office.
