Sales Operations Analyst

Provides sales operations and analytical support for the Cross-sell program.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Supports the Director of Sales Analytics in analysis and reports related to bookings budgets and forecasts, sales key performance indicators (KPIs), sales effectiveness, and other analyses and reports as assigned

• Builds and maintains reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other reporting platforms

• Performs audits where required to ensure the accuracy of data and reports

• Coordinates with Sales Operations and Salesforce Admin teams to drive process improvement changes that enhance bookings performance and/or operating efficiency

• Collaborates in the management of consolidated reporting across all salesforce instances

INIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Experience:

• At least with 3 years of related experience

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree

Computer/Technical:

• Expert-level competency in Excel required Proficient in creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc. Demonstrate ability to learn and understand various computer systems.

Other Skills:

• Knowledge in reporting, configuration, and best practices within Salesforce At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce including handling quotes and opportunities.

• Salesforce experience required.

• Advanced data analysis skills and ability to visualize executives

• Time management skills Critical thinking skills and analytical skills

• Problem-solving ability

• Excellent organization and follow-up skills

• Excellent relationship-building skills Ability to work both individually and as a member of a team

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• The role will work in our Cebu, Philippines office

• Normal work hours will be aligned with 8:00 am – to 5:00 pm US Eastern Time, hybrid 3 times a week in office.
