Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background:

  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology or a related field. Recent graduates or candidates with relevant coursework are also acceptable.

  3. Experience:

  4. Entry-Level Experience: Fresh graduates up to 6months experience such as an internship or junior position in account management, marketing, or project coordination.

  5. Documentation: Experience or familiarity with preparing business-related documentation such as proposals, letters of intent, and pre-bid documents.

  6. Skills:

  7. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to assist in client communication and document preparation.

  8. Organizational Skills: Ability to assist in coordinating projects, manage tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  9. Research Skills: Competence in gathering and compiling information for proposals and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
  10. Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of website and system functionality to assist in monitoring performance and addressing issues.
  11. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation and communication.
  12. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and support senior team members efficiently.

  13. Familiarity with Tools and Platforms:

  14. Office Software: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document preparation and data management.

  15. Content Management Systems (CMS): Basic experience with CMS platforms for monitoring and updating website content.
  16. Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools, or similar platforms to assist in coordinating projects.

  18. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, assisting senior account executives and other colleagues.

  19. Client-Centric Approach: A proactive attitude in understanding and addressing client needs.
