Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales and Client Management:

Research, Identify, contact, and develop relationships with new customers, such as fashion designers, fabric wholesalers, retail stores, workwear/activewear and uniform makers and all related industries.

  • Product Knowledge & Presentation:

Possess in-depth knowledge of fabrics, understanding their features and how they meet client needs to drive sales.

  • Negotiation & Closing:

Discuss product details and pricing with clients, negotiate terms, and prepare sales agreements.

  • Industry Knowledge:

Stay informed about new fabric trends, materials, and market conditions.

  • Relationship Building:

Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

  • Collaboration:

Work with different departments and colleagues to ensure successful sales outcomes.
