I MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY

Directly responsible in monitoring overall inventory activity of all Stocks in the warehouse and its related transactions on a shared services role including warehouse management, improvement, updates and a strict monitoring system of stocks documents and products activity thru record keeping system (WMS) and QNE system. Also act as the Safety and Pollution Officer of the company for site 1 & 2.

II SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Conduct orientation and training for newly hired warehouse personnel.

Conduct additional training as needed to warehouse personnel.

Supervises, monitor and records all inventory activities.

Supervises the warehouse operations in relation to the following:

a.     Shipment from local and international suppliers.

b.     Monitor stocks for shipment to client.

c.     Coordinate, plan and schedule items to be delivered and shipped.

d.     Monitor returned stocks from our customers and coordinate to Sales executives, Product development Coordinator and to Quality assurance officers regarding the returns.

e.     Provide inventory analysis on stock on hand as needed.

Report all concerns and incidents (Admin and HR concerns) hampering warehouse operation to the Operation managers, Supervisors and to the Office / HR Manager in relation to the group of companies

a.     Report discrepancies as against received stocks versus declared packing list or any declared document of shipments, customer returns and others.

b.     Provide Incident report on any stock irregularities.

c.     Provide necessary reports pertaining to inventory adjustments.

d.     Provide incident reports concerning manpower performance or in any case there are reported violations on policies and procedures of the company.

Prepare warehouse personnel performance evaluation.

Handle inventory concerns and issues that may arise from time to time.

Provide reports and updates as requested by concern parties such as Brand Marketing and sourcing, Sales Executives and Operation manager and Office and HR manager.

Monitor items / stocks:

a.     Monitor Warehouse on-hand stocks.

b.     Monitor and check purchase order for both local and international suppliers;

c.     Monitor arrival of items from international suppliers;

d.     Inquire / order arrival of new items from local suppliers;

e.     Monitor consumption of consigned items; spare parts, tapes, barcodes and other consumables.

Act as the Safety and Pollution Officer of the Company, with the following duties and responsibilities:

· Responsible for the development of safety, health and pollution program of the company in coordination with various stakeholders (site 1 & 2)

· Act as a liaison officer of the company to various government agencies related to OHSA

· Act as custodian of company Management system

· Conduct training program on OHSA

· Manage all Government permits related to OHSA

· Manage sanitation program of the company in coordination with HR and Admin. in relation to janitorial or maintenance services.
