Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications, components, and integrations aligned with business and insurance-domain requirements.
  • Configure and enhance Salesforce objects, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Lightning components, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, solution architects, and product owners under Agile methodology.
  • Integrate Salesforce solutions with AWS-based services and other third-party platforms.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, and release activities to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and security standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
  • Background working on projects within the insurance industry (claims, policy management, underwriting, or similar domains).
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and integration patterns.
  • Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or related) are a plus.
