About the role

Yondu Inc. is seeking a talented Salesforce Consultant to join our team. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative Salesforce solutions to our valued clients. This is a full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, with opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
  2. Develop and configure Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations
  3. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure optimal utilisation of Salesforce
  4. Conduct user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality to recommend enhancements and improvements
  6. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Analyst
  2. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, administration, and customisation
  3. Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
  4. Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  6. Experience in sales, product, or customer-facing roles is preferred
