Integration Developer (Oracle Integration Cloud + SQL)

Work Setup: Full onsite - Shifting Schedule (Mid shift - Night shift)

Work Location - BGC TAGUIG

We're seeking a skilled Integration Developer to design, build, and support integration solutions across enterprise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SQL. You will partner closely with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure integrations aligned with business needs and architectural standards. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with OIC, APIs, and data integration, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Design & Development

• Build integrations on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) (Application Integration, Process Automation, File Server, Connectivity Agents).

• Develop REST/SOAP APIs, orchestrations, adapters (Oracle ERP/SCM/EPM, JDBC, FTP, REST, SOAP, Salesforce, etc.).
• Create robust SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL/ELT).
• Implement mapping, transformations, routing, and error handling using OIC.

• Solution Delivery & Collaboration

• Translate business requirements into technical integration designs with Solution Architects.

• Participate in solution design reviews, ensuring alignment with architecture, security, and performance standards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.

• Support, Operations & Quality

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations with OIC dashboards and logs.

• Implement error handling, retry logic, dead-letter queues, and notifications.
• Maintain documentation (design specs, data flow diagrams, API catalogs, runbooks).
• Ensure version control, CI/CD, and environment promotion practices (Dev → Test → Prod).

• Security & Compliance

• Implement and maintain authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys, certificates).

• Safeguard sensitive data via encryption and masking; adhere to compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR where applicable).

• Performance & Reliability

• Conduct load testing and performance tuning (payload sizing, throttling, pagination, caching).

• Design for scalability, resiliency, and observability.

• Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to simplify integrations and reduce technical debt.

• Propose enhancements to integration patterns, templates, and frameworks.

• 3–7 years of experience in integration development (level adjustable).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) — building and deploying integrations and using common adapters.
• Strong SQL development skills (queries, joins, indexing, stored procedures) with Oracle Database or similar RDBMS.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, XSD/XSLT, and message formats.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and version control.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns (publish/subscribe, request/response, event-driven) and error handling.
• Familiarity with security protocols (OAuth, TLS, certificates).

• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion modules and adapters.
• Exposure to Oracle SOA Suite, ODI, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure Integration Services.
• Knowledge of message queues/event streaming (Kafka, JMS), webhooks, BPM/Process Automation.
• Scripting or programming (Python/Java/PL/SQL) for utilities and automation.
• Experience with observability tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
