Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manila for the position of Spare Parts Specialist. The Spare Parts Specialist will manage spare parts inquiries, ensure high customer satisfaction, and monitor inventory control. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients regarding their spare part needs, maintaining stock levels, and overseeing the seamless delivery of supplies. Key responsibilities also include ensuring precise inventory documentation and supporting the team to guarantee operations run without delays.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Inventory Management and Inventory Control
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site collaborative team environment
  • Prior experience in maritime logistics or related industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for inventory and logistics management
